2020年度D&AD賞のImpact部門、およびクラフト部門の受賞作品が発表された。

本年度はコロナ禍の影響で、D&AD賞では授賞式を中止し、各部門のショートリストおよびペンシル受賞をオンラインで発表している。

まず発表されたインパクト部門（ホワイトペンシル）は、インパクトをもたらす創造性の力を真に発揮する象徴的なプロジェクトに与えられる賞。本年度は、フランスの流通・カルフールのFOOD TRANSITIONのための行動計画「ACT FOR FOOD」、ドイツのオーガニック生理用品のブランド、The Female Companyの「The Tampon Book」、教育支援NPO Daughters of the Evolutionの女性の偉人たちのストーリーを紹介する「Lessons in Herstory」が選ばれた。

また、クラフト部門では、部門最高賞となるイエローペンシルに13作品が選出。日本の出品作品の中から、WILDAID「Hankograph」、アドミュージアム東京「Creativity, Uncaged.」、日華化学「Hair Calligraphy and Painting」が、イエローペンシルを受賞した。

なお、D&AD賞の広告・文化・デザインの各部門は6月16日に、ブックデザイン、グラフィックデザイン、雑誌・新聞デザイン、パッケージデザイン、そしてブラックペンシル受賞は、7月16日に発表を予定している。
